December 17th: Invite someone to come and enjoy a special musical Advent celebration at our usual worship time. Our friend Jim Valdes has recruited
several of his choir friends to put on a very special musical service that you don’t want to miss.
December 24th: Christmas Eve is on a Sunday this year. So, we are going to change things up a little. We will have a morning worship service at 9:00 AM.
The service will be held in the fellowship hall and will consist of eating pancakes, some special music, and sharing Christmas stories. You don’t want to miss it.
Then, at 6:30, we will have our traditional Christmas Eve candlelight service, where we will sing more Christmas Carols and celebrate the birth of our Lord.
January 7th: Join us as we kick off a new sermon series entitled “Complaint Free.” We sometimes feel like everyone thinks we are the complaint
department. Other times, we may catch ourselves on the other end of the stick. Learn whether this is really God’s will for us and maybe learn a little about how to turn things around.
January 8th: At 6:30 we will be starting a new Bible study on the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7). The Sermon on the Mount is Jesus’ most comprehensive
explanation of what it means to be a disciple of Christ. A proper understanding of this sermon is crucial to a deep and fulfilling Christian faith. So don’t miss out.
